A couple of years ago, Sheffield-based Forced Entertainment brought the complete works of Shakespeare to the Festival d'automne in Paris: all 36 plays, each summarised by a single actor, using household objects. This autumn, the videos of the performances will be available in turn online.
You can find the full schedule on Forced Entertainment's site. Of particular interest to anyone teaching Much Ado About Nothing the film as part of LLCER Terminale, the video of Shakespeare's play on 27 September, with a post-show discussion.
The Complete Works
Starts with Macbeth on 17 September and ends with The Tempest on 15 November.
All live streams start at 8 p.m. UK time (9 p.m. French time).
